Shipping & Delivery

  • PICK-UPS ARE AVAILABLE with prior arrangements only! Please contact us before you come to warehouse pick up.
  • Item will not ship until payment has been received in full.

Delivery:

  • Dispatch of goods is arranged through Freshway Cleaning Supplies.
  • All parcels will be despatched with Standard Delivery with any freight couriers like TNT, Toll, Fastway, Australia Post and others unless otherwise advised and pre-arranged by customer
  • All parcels will be sent with Authority to Leave (ATL) at customer premises unless otherwise specified. For signature delivery, redelivery & parcel redirection, customer must always contact Freshway Supplies and advise us. Please note: The change of delivery options may attract additional fees. The redelivery fee is $35 per attempt of delivery.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is within 2-3 days.
  • No weekend or after hours delivery available.
  • Freshway Supplies is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods.
  • Replacements, or repairs of items are sent by prepaid postage.
  • If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will endeavour to resolve any issues.

Returns & Replacements

Proof of Purchase

Please note that all returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any of the following

  • Original register receipt (no photocopies accepted)
  • Proof of Purchase (included with all online purchases and Click & Collect)

Change of mind

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Freshway Supplies will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:

  • You have produced satisfactory Proof of Purchase;
  • The item is in a saleable condition;
  • The return postage cost is paid by you
  • The refund will exclude the original freight cost to you
  • In some cases, special order times re-stock fees will apply
  • Sale, special order, clearance products & those with hygiene risks are not applicable for the return
